Oleobercho is a brand of SCA Santa María, a cooperative founded in 1968.
Olive Oil is the basis of the economy in our municipality and it is our greatest pride, the fruit of tradition and the hard work of several generations.
Oleobercho Olive Oils are produced by entirely mechanical means, using a natural decantation system and low temperatures (cold pressing), without the use of any chemical products.
This content helps prevent problems such as diabetes or cholesterol, among others.
The oil is highly stable, and so is highly resistant to turning rancid, and it has a very high oleic acid content, certified by our distinction in World Best Healthy EVOO Contest 2016-17
The quality of the olives from our area, together with the care and attention during the production process, brings you Oleobercho and Bercho Oils.
Jaén produces more than 20% of all olive oil worldwide, and 50% of oil nationwide.
Our oil comes from picual olives, variety characteristic of Jaén, and comes from the hillsides and valleys from the Sierra Mágina, which give our olives their unique and distinctive qualities.
